Lobster Quiche Lorraine
Ingredients
- 3 cups Egg whites
- 10 oz. Lobster meat
- 6 Spinach leaves
- 3 oz. Tomatoes diced
- 3 oz. Mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1½ tsp Salt
- 1½ tsp Ground black pepper
- Baking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Dice tomatoes into cubes to get rid of the seeds.3 oz. Tomatoes
- Coat the muffin pan with baking spray.Baking spray
- Place diced tomatoes on the bottom of the muffin, and add whole leaf spinach and lobster meat.6 Spinach leaves, 3 oz. Tomatoes, 10 oz. Lobster meat
- Top egg whites with mozzarella cheese and stir thoroughly.3 cups Egg whites, 3 oz. Mozzarella cheese

- Bake in a preheated oven for 17 minutes.
- Cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
