Ingredients
  

  • 1.3 lb. Sea Buckthorn frozen/fresh
  • 1 oz. Fresh Grated Ginger
  • 1 Fresh Lemon
  • 1 lb. Sugar
  • 3 liters Water

Instructions
 

  • In a large pot boil water, add the ingredients and cook for 10 minutes.
    1.3 lb. Sea Buckthorn, 1 oz. Fresh Grated Ginger, 1 Fresh Lemon, 3 liters Water, 1 lb. Sugar
  • Strain, cool and enjoy!

Sea buckthorn is rich in omega-3 and omega-6 essential fatty acids, and it also has a large concentration of vitamin C, as well as A, B1, B2, E and K, plus more minerals and antioxidants. The high concentration of fatty acids in sea buckthorn is the reason why it’s used by Russian cosmonauts in outer space; while back on Earth it can help with easing the symptoms of eczema.
