Smoked Salmon Sandwich
Ingredients
- 2 slices Toasted whole grain bread
- 1 oz. Red onions sliced
- 2 oz. Plum tomatoes sliced
- 4 oz. Smoked salmon
- 4 oz. Cream cheese
- 1 lb. Mixed greens
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- Olive oil extra virgin
Instructions
- Toast 4 pieces of multigrain bread (or any bread you like) in a toaster or toaster oven.2 slices Toasted whole grain bread
- Slice onions into 3-4 slices.1 oz. Red onions

- Prepare the salad. In a bowl, combine the mixed greens, extra virgin olive oil, and squeezed lemon juice; season with salt and pepper.1 lb. Mixed greens, 1 tbsp Lemon juice, 1 tsp Salt, Olive oil, 1 tsp Pepper
- Spread the toasted bread with cream cheese.4 oz. Cream cheese
- Place tomatoes and onion slices on top.
