Ingredients
  

  • 1 Fresh pineapple
  • 24 Peeled shrimp 8 to 12 inch
  • Sugarcane sticks
  • Raw brown sugar
  • Butter
  • Teriyaki glaze
  • Baking spray
  • Fresh mint

Instructions
 

  • Slice pineapple into 2-inch slices

  • Sprinkle with melted butter and top with raw brown sugar

  • Make holes in the shrimp and place on sugarcane sticks

  • Brush shrimp with teriyaki glaze

  • Coat the grill with baking spray

  • Grill the pineapple slices for 3 minutes on each side
  • Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side
  • Cut pineapple slices in half and arrange on the plate
  • Place shrimp skewers on top of the pineapple
  • Sprinkle with teriyaki glaze
