Rock Shrimp Tempura
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cup Tempura mix
- 2 cups Cold water
- 1 cup Condensed milk
- 1/4 cup Sweet chili
- 6 pcs Raw shrimps 8 to 12 inch
- Scallion chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the fryer to 350 °F
- In a large bowl combine the tempura mix with cold water1 ½ cup Tempura mix, 2 cups Cold water
- Make the sauce by mixing sweet chili and condensed milk in a separate bowl1/4 cup Sweet chili, 1 cup Condensed milk
- Peel the shrimp, get rid of the tails6 pcs Raw shrimps
- Deep the shrimp into tempura mix until fully coated
- Deep fry the shrimp and place on a paper towel to remove the excess oil
