Fun Fact:

Spinach is a leafy-green flowering plant native to central and western Asia. Originally from the Persian word, “aspānāḵ”, the name entered into European languages by way of Latin. The modern English word “spinach” dates to the late 14th century, having been derived from the Old French “espinache”.
