Duet Restaurant’s Executive Chef Dmitry Rodov is modest when it comes to his culinary talent and inventive spirit, and despite the neighborhood’s fierce competition and food-forward culture, Rodov relishes the challenge.
Chef Rodov began training at the esteemed French Culinary Institute, then completed his training by interning in France, an experience which greatly influenced not only his culinary mindset but also his most recent pursuits.
Dmitry Rodov aims to please by using grade A meats, fresh seasonal vegetables, hand-selected zestful herbs and spices, all beautifully arranged on each warm plate. He draws inspiration from cultured cuisine of Russia, the Mediterranean, Asia and the Americas to give guests a gastronomic world tour experience.
From catering high – volume events to preparing dinner for two, Chef Dmitry Rodov can design a custom menu for each event that is considerate of your preferences as well as any dietary restrictions such as kosher.
