Ingredients
  

For the tart dough

  • 125 g Powdered sugar
  • 250 g Butter
  • 3 Eggs
  • 500 g All-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp. Baking powder

For custard

  • 4 Eggs
  • ½ cup Heavy cream
  • Vanilla
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 2 tbsp. All-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp. Cornstarch
  • Salt

Instructions
 

Start with the tart dough.

  • In a mixer, using a paddle attachment, cream the powdered sugar and butter until light and fluffy.
  • Add the eggs - one at a time, making sure the mixture is homogeneous after each addition and before adding another egg.
  • Add the all-purpose flour and baking powder all at once.
  • Mix slowly just to combine.
  • Wrap the dough and refrigerate until it’s firm.

Prepare the custard.

  • In the mixer, using a paddle attachment, combine the eggs.
