Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs. Farmer's cheese quark cheese
  • 10 tbsp. Sugar
  • 2 Eggs room temperature
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp. Flour for the mixture
  • 1 cup Flour
  • Grapeseed oil

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl prepare the pancake mix.
  • Combine the farmer's cheese, eggs, flour, vanilla extract, and sugar. Mix well.
  • Scoop out approximately ¼ cup of pancake dough at a time.
  • Form the syrniki pancakes like a ball. Set aside a bowl with flour.
  • Coat the syrniki balls in flour.
  • In a large skillet, heat 3 tablespoons of oil, and gently place the flour-coated cheese pancakes into the pan.
  • Cook on medium-high heat for about 4 minutes per side.
  • Reduce the heat to medium-low, cover the skillet and let it sit for about 2 minutes.
  • Place the syrniki on a paper towel to cool.
  • Serve with syrup, sweet condensed milk, powdered sugar, whipped cream, or berries.
