Instructions
Season the cutting board with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle tuna with olive oil on each side.
Roll tuna in salt and pepper seasoning.
On medium-high heat, preheat the olive oil.
Sear tuna roll for about 30 seconds on each side, flipping occasionally.
On high heat, fry the tacos.
Slice the tuna.
Start assembling the tacos with Napa cabbage. Add tuna and mango salsa. Top with teriyaki glaze.
