Instructions
Start by breaking tea biscuits into small pieces.
In a mixing bowl, combine butter and dolce de leche.
On low speed, mix the ingredients until you get a fully incorporated and smooth mixture.
Add cocoa powder, tea biscuits and toasted nuts, and then mix again.
Scoop out about 6 oz. of the blend and place on parchment paper.
Form logs resembling a sausage.
Place in the freezer for about 30 to 60 minutes.
Slice into thin slices to serve.
