Start by preparing the orange sauce (use a blender or shake in a bottle).
Mix fresh-squeezed orange juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Shake well until consistent.

In a large salad bowl mix spinach, strawberries, and orange pieces. Top the salad with orange sauce and toss.
3 Fresh strawberries, 10 oz. Organic whole leaf baby spinach, ½ cup Orange pieces
Assemble the salad on a plate, top with pine nuts and/or edible flowers.
