Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Prepare a baking sheet and line with parchment paper.
Roll puff pastry in sugar on both sides.
Place puff pastry on the baking sheet.
Spread the puff pastry with almond cream.
Cut fruits into thin slices. Place on top of the puff pastry and almond cream.
Bake in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
Glaze with apricot jam.
