Ingredients
  

  • 10 Puff pastries square (3''x3'')
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 3 figs
  • 3 apricots
  • 1 pear
  • Almond cream
  • 2 oz. Butter soft at room temperature
  • 1 Egg at room temperature
  • 1 tbsp. Sugar
  • 2 oz. Almond flour

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Prepare a baking sheet and line with parchment paper.
  • Roll puff pastry in sugar on both sides.
  • Place puff pastry on the baking sheet.
  • Spread the puff pastry with almond cream.
  • Cut fruits into thin slices. Place on top of the puff pastry and almond cream.
  • Bake in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
  • Glaze with apricot jam.
