What Can I Do With Buttermilk?
You buy a carton of buttermilk for a specific recipe; however, you don’t use it all up. Now what do you do with the leftover buttermilk? Our very own chef Dmitry Rodov was featured in an article from “Serious Eats,” explaining how he likes to use this ingredient. “I do buttermilk cherry soup. It’s a chilled Hungarian soup with blood cherries, buttermilk, sour cream, vanilla bean paste, and honey,” Chef Dmitry explains.
